God put us together for a reason

God knows what he is doing when he puts two people together. Just remember he is always in control and has a plan!

I wish Logan were here

Well, not a whole lot has changed since the last post. I have, however, discovered that everyday is something different. Some days I feel great and others I fill like just staying curled up in bed. But I am trying to take the good days and get all the things done that I need to get finished.

Logan has been out of town for the past week and left again on Saturday to go to the livestock show in San Angelo. He will be gone the rest of this week. I miss him so much. On those days I feel really bad, all I want is for him to scratch my head and sit with me. He has been working so hard and I know he could really use some rest and time off. When he gets back, he should be finished with traveling for awhile.

We started a pregnancy journal this weekend while he was in town. It is really neat. We are writing everything down from what I feel to what we want our children to learn from us. It is lots of fun to keep track and some day we will share this journal with our kids.

We had our Valentine's dinner finally on Saturday night. (Thanks Mama and Papa for the gift card). It was so nice to go out to eat just the two of us and relax. We had a blast.

Our Doctor's visit is next Monday so I will take a picture that day and post the details of our visit. Please pray for this because I am a little nervous. I am not sure why but I am. I guess because I do not know what they are going to be doing but I am also really excited to find out.

  1. Hey, I meant to comment on your last post. Something that really helped my nausea was Preggie Pops. They are hard candies, actually pretty tasty & I got them at the maternity store. I've also seen them at Babies R Us. Lance even bought me lemon drops once & they worked pretty well too. Take care & best wishes through this trimester!!

  2. Thanks Jenny for the advice. I actually discovered the preggie pops the first time I went to the Maternity store and I have to agree they are wonderful. My only problem is keeping Logan out of them. He wanted to try one out of curiosity and he loves them. He is so goofy. Thanks again.
